10 minutes from Richmond town centre, JoySpiring is a well being studio surrounded by silvan hills.
We believe that joy is natural and part of our human birthright . We help you uncover this state through various courses and workshops such as yoga, mindfulness, and loving kindness. Our courses are taught with a smile and designed to lighten, rest and restore you. ​
Celebrating body positivity and welcoming differing sizes, shapes, mobility, flexibility, genders, ages, and orientations, we meet you where you are in the moment. Sessions are guided based on trauma informed mindfulness and sensitivity.
